There is a possibility to have mobile A/C units in the apartment or extra fans.

If students have problems with their lap-top, a technician will be sent to their apartment to help him/her out.
Italian Number
An Italian cell phone number can be provided in advance, so the student is reachable/can call in the moment he/her arrives in Italy.
Extra Inventory
An upgrade from the basic Option that is included in the fee.
Storage
A service for students who wants to leave their luggage, coming back for next Semester or are just travelling around Europe with light package before going back.
Apple TV
To give the students the opportunity to use their Apple ID in Italy and more TV channels.
Daily Cleaning
An upgrade from the basic standard of 6 hours per month that is included in the fee.

The tour aims on giving the students an idea about their new surroundings. Supermarkets, markets, an idea about public transportations around their apartment, bank and whatever the Program finds important.
